Tunsgate Square is a high quality shopping centre in the heart of Guildford with office suites above and a car park in the basement. It is situated in the core shopping area of the town with entrances on the High Street, Tunsgate and Castle Street.

The Centre is owned by Merseyside Pension Fund and managed on behalf of the Fund by CBRE Ltd.

The Centre has easy access to Guildford mainline railway station (about 10 minutes walk) and Guildford bus station (about 5 minutes walk) with a free shuttle bus service up to the Centre. Road communications are excellent via the A3 London to Portsmouth road, which gives easy access to the M25 and to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.

The Shopping Centre provides a total of 5,993 sq m (64,512 sq ft) of retail accommodation with 20 shops in the Mall and Square and a further 6 shops in Tunsgate street.

The Office Suites are arranged on two levels over the front of the Centre on the High Street. The office suites provide a total area of 411sq m (4,431 sq ft) of office accommodation with ladies' and gent's cloakrooms provided on the second floor.

The basement Car Park is accessed from Castle Street and is let on a long lease to Guildford Borough Council who administer and control all aspect of the car park.
